How It Works

Every retainer relationship begins with a foundational operations audit. During this initial phase, we’ll take a close look at your existing workflows, team processes, and the technology tools you currently rely on. You’ll receive an assessment of what’s working well, what’s creating friction, and which improvements will have the greatest impact. From there, we’ll create a simple roadmap for your first few months of support.

Once your retainer begins, you can choose how you’d like to use your hours each month:

• Collaborate live in consulting calls to learn new systems or map out strategies together

• Delegate implementation so I can handle the behind-the-scenes setup for you

• Or blend both approaches depending on what each month requires

You’ll have unlimited access to me via email for small questions, ideas, and check-ins, and we’ll meet regularly to stay aligned on goals.
